• Interior Built Out inside shell.
• Estimator and Construction Administrator.
• Installed Cabinetry, Doors, Windows and Millwork.

Four Season’s
Kaupulehu Hotel Kona, HI

• Prepared Contracts between Owner & Prime Contractor cross-referencing AIA Standard Documents to FIDIC Contracts used for large-scale projects.
• Many team members felt the design didn’t take into account the beauty of the natural surroundings.
• Ultimately, the first design, a multi-story project was scrapped due to not meeting the expected revenues.

Japanese National Large Telescope
Mauna Kea, HI

• Estimated Order of Magnitude Mass Quantity Take-offs for Roadway Cuts, Concrete & Rebar Quantities for Dormitory and Dome Structure ultimately housing the Subaru 320” telescope.

Honolulu Convention Center Complex

• Developed Planning, Pre-Construction Phasing & Presented Logistical Study to Department of Transportation to Mitigate Traffic Control Issues during Construction Phase.
• Prepared Multiple Budget Packages for all phases of work starting with subterranean parking garage utilizing Schnabel’s Earth Anchor Tie-Back System.
