    • Established budgets, procured materials & equipment, scheduled & coordinated construction.

    • Concept Design for Main Entrance with Pond, Waterfall Features, Pyro and lighting techniques illustrating an erupting volcano coming out of pond.

    • Estimated, produced structural calculations and quantity takeoffs for Civil & Building works for Road, Dormitory and Dome Structures.

    • Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils, meaning International Federation of Consulting Engineers. FIDIC contracts are mainly used in the UK and widely used in the US for large-scale projects.
  • 17 Unit Elderly Housing Project, San Antonio, TX
    • Designed and produced plans to develop 1.91acres.
    • Plans went out to bid, then established building budgets.
    • Plans were ready to submit for Permitting. Owner decided to shelf project.
